Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your FilmRoom account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion is irreversible.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in providers (Apple, Google, phone, guest)
• Player profiles
• Uploaded and annotated videos
• Analysis results, session history, and coaching feedback
• Authentication tokens and related account metadata

Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the FilmRoom app and sign in
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Deletion takes effect immediately. You will be signed out and your data will be removed from our systems.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email hello@getfilmroom.com from the email or phone number associated with your account. Include:

• The subject line: Account deletion request
• The sign-in method you used (Apple, Google, or phone)
• Any player profile names you created, if you remember them

We will verify ownership of the account and complete deletion within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email when it is done.
